<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain voltage and reactive power monitoring control corresponding to needs of an operator by reducing computer load and preventing complex reactions of voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus on the site. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring point deviation integrating means 15 integrates the deviation from an upper limit value and a lower limit value of a bus-bar voltage and a reactive power current which are monitoring object, from a system state obtained by a voltage system information obtaining means 11, and a deviation decision means 13 actuates a control amount calculating means 12 when the integrated value of the deviation amount exceeds a preset deviation threshold. The control amount calculating means 12 calculates control amounts for the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus 3 so as to make the bus-bar voltage and the reactive power current which are applicable for monitoring are within the allowable values, and outputs a command to the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus 3 through a command outputting means 14 and information transmitting devices 4c, 4d. Thus, a reaction to micro- disturbance can be restrained and control can be made even when the deviation continues for a short time at the time of generation of large deviations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
