<p>A method, apparatus and signal for combining two robust watermarks, whereby a low complexity watermark is searched for first, and if not found, a second higher complexity watermark is searched for. The low complexity watermark is robust against a limited set of signal processing that can be expected by a 'friendly user' under normal conditions.
