<p>A two-chamber type prefilled syringe (1A), wherein chemical (100) is stored in a first space (27) surrounded by an outer tube (2) and a first gasket (3) and liquid (200) is stored in a second space (46) surrounded by an inner tube (4) and a second gasket (5), and when an opening/closing mechanism part (7A) capable of switching the state of communication between the first space (27) and the second space (46) is opened and the inner tube (4) is moved in the base end direction thereof relative to the outer tube (2), the liquid (200) flows into the first space (27), and the second gasket (5) in the inner tube (4) slidably moves in the tip direction of the inner tube, whereby, since a large worn portion formed of the broken part (56) of a coated layer (55) is provided on the second gasket (5) moved near the tip of the inner tube (4), the second gasket (5) can be prevented from returning in the base end direction of the inner tube.</p> |
