DATA FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an interruption of a data flow due to a mismatch of an access right and to facilitate definition of a data flow.

SOLUTION: An access right setting processing part 16 sets an access right given to a user conducting work for an object document by a flow manager whom a total access right is given by a document manager in an access right management table 14 and an object document file. When the flow manager sets a document flow from a definition screen, a document flow defining processing part 20 controls so that only a user having an access right given to the document is set with reference to the access right management table 14. The document flow defining processing part 20 selects one flow type between an edit type flow for sequentially performing an edit work for the document and a confirmation type flow for parallel performing the confirmation work for the document.
