DEVICE, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR SUPPORTING TRAFFIC SAFETY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device, a supporting system and a support program by which exact instructions for reducing traffic accidents to companies and drivers can be performed by collecting pieces of information about traveling by each driver of the companies using vehicles in business by an on-vehicle terminal and utilizing the information.

SOLUTION: The device supports the companies having a plurality of vehicles with the on-vehicle terminal 3 and solves the above tasks by creating working information by performing a work processing of pieces of the traveling information collected by the on-vehicle terminals 3, detecting sign information of the traffic accidents included in the working information and creating an instruction manual by preparing an instruction plan of traffic safety in relation to the sign information.
