PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosting circuit which can perform boosting motion even when a power voltage approximates to a threshold. SOLUTION: This boosting circuit is equipped with a capacitor CP1 for amplifying a voltage, and p-channel transistors PT1 and PT2 for charge transfer.
