PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic credit card system capable of solving problems such as a forgery of a card and an illegal use at a store.

SOLUTION: This electronic credit card system has a cashier 100 at a store, a movable body communication terminal unit 200 capable of performing short distance communication with the cashier and owned by a user, and an amount management signature server 300 capable of performing movable body communication with the movable body communication terminal unit. Slip data for shopping is sent to the movable body communication terminal unit 200 from the cashier 100 and is sent to the amount management signature server 300 after confirming its contents. The amount management signature server 300 prepares signature data for the slip data and a terminal unit ID after confirming that the user is a contractor by the terminal unit ID and sends it to the cashier through the movable body communication terminal unit, and the cashier verifies the signature data.
