PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prevent short circuit between a positive plate and a negative lead or short circuit between a negative plate and a positive lead in a polymer battery. SOLUTION: In the polymer battery 10, an insulating film 41 to the negative plate 23 is stuck on the surface of a part positioned inside an outer case 11 of the positive lead 24, and an insulating film 24 to the positive plate 21 is stuck on the surface of a part positioned inside the outer case 11 of the negative lead 25.
