摘要

An image display controller comprising an image synthesizing/dividing means for dividing an image received from means for imaging the periphery of a vehicle into a plurality of images, an image deforming means for deforming the plurality of images differently, and an arrangement control means for displaying the plurality of images while arranging at specified positions. With such an arrangement, an image of wide range having horizontal image angle of 180ring is divided into a rear front image located in the center of the image and side images separated from the front just like images formed by a three-sided mirror. The side images are distorted and deformed intentionally as compared with the rear front image so that the side view can be recognized definitely thus imparting the feeling of depth.
