PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a seat without damaging the seat. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle, the seat 13 is installed on a pair of a right-and- left seat rail 12, and the seat 13 is mounted on the regular position moving it in the front direction of the vehicle body. By providing a guide 12a5 guiding assembling of the seat 13 on the pair of the right-and-left seat rail 12 in the front/rear direction of the vehicle and providing a rib 13b guided by contacting the guide 12a5 on a sole plate 13a of the seat 13, clearance between the right- and-left lower edge of the outer periphery of the seat 13 and the seat rail 12 is formed on the occasion of movement to the front of the seat 13.
