Method is distinguished by that conditioned bananas are treated with preparation obtained from biomass of micromycete Mortierella srljacovae according to given technology and aged for 2 to 5 h. Bananas are then peeled, pulp is disintegrated to give juice, peel is hydrolyzed, and separated hydrolyzate is blended with juice.
