PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials and means for partly and comprehensively preventing termites from entering a building from the ground thereof and from the air. SOLUTION: The building is structured by using (a) insulation materials made of resin foam treated with termite prevention chemicals, (b) wooden materials treated with the termite prevention chemicals, and (c) adhesives for joining the insulation materials or the wooden materials substantially air-tightly, which adhesives are treated with the termite prevention chemicals, in combination according to necessity, so as to cut off a route for termites to enter into the building effectively, to create an environment evaded by the termites, and/or to eliminate existence of food for the termites.
