PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield machine capable of fluidizing excavated soil by mixing the excavated soil with a slurrying material. SOLUTION: In the shield machine 1, the slurrying material A is supplied into a chamber 5 formed between a cutter 3 and a partition wall 4 for excavation. A slurrying pipe 7 discharging the slurrying material A is protrusively provided from the partition wall 4 into the chamber 5.
