<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble surfactant composition having a small contact angle soon after dropped and a low dynamic surface tension, exerting wettability and permeability to the substrate and defoaming property when added to ink or the like, corresponding to high-speed printing and high-speed coating and suitable for environmental problem. <P>SOLUTION: This water-soluble surfactant composition comprises (A) 20-80 wt.% one or more selected from acetylenic glycols and ethoxylated acetylenic glycols and (B) 20-80 wt.% one or more selected from polyoxyalkylene alkylethers having 9-18 HLB and represented by the formula (3), R<SP>3</SP>O(C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>6</SB>O)W(C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O)X(C<SB>3</SB>H<SB>6</SB>O)Y(C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>O)ZH (3) (R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-20C alkyl; W is a positive number of 1-20; X, Y and Z are each 0 or a positive number of 1-20.) and has ≤60° contact angle of its 0.1 wt.% aqueous solution after 30 s from dropped and ≤50 mN/m dynamic surface tension at 1 Hz and at 10 Hz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
