PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor supporting device having positive strength and a convenient height adjusting function. SOLUTION: In this double floor supporting device, a multilayer body 2 for placing a floor backing material 4 is disposed at the end part of a support post erected on a floor slab 3, while adjusting the axial direction of the support post 1 and the laminated direction of the multilayer body 2, and a space between the multilayer body and the other end of the support leg 1 is adjusted by the post length A of the support post 1. The multilayer body 2 is provided with an adjusting mechanism B for making fine adjustment of the whole thickness of the multilayer body 2 by providing a cavity between the layers of the multilayer body, operatively from the side where the floor backing member 4 is placed.
