PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information recording system capable of specifically analyzing an accident. SOLUTION: The vehicle information recording system comprises a video obtaining part 101a mounted in a vehicle and for photographing a periphery and obtaining video data, a vehicle data receiving part 107 mounted in the vehicle and for receiving another-vehicle data related to another vehicle lying on the video obtained by the video obtaining part 101a, an obtained-information transmitting part 103 mounted in the vehicle and for transmitting respective data information including the video data and the another-vehicle data, a receiving part 104 mounted out of the vehicle and for receiving respective data information transmitted by the transmitting part 103, an encoding part 105 mounted out of the vehicle and for encoding the another-vehicle data of the respective data information received by the receiving part 104 and adding it as data related to the video data, and a recording part 106 mounted out of the vehicle and for recording the video data added with the another-vehicle data by the encoding part 105.
