The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing hydrated magnesium carbonate, and more specifically, to a method for synthesizing hydrated magnesium carbonate (HMC) and magnesium oxide (MgO) from a solution in which calcium ions and magnesium ions co-exist. According to the present invention, highly pure hydrated magnesium carbonate can be synthesized from the solution in which calcium ions and magnesium ions co-exist, thus generating high value-added products from resources, and also highly pure magnesium oxide (MgO) can be synthesized through a comparatively simpler process than the prior art. Therefore, the present invention serves to promote cost-efficiency through simplification of the process. |
