PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a 2-wet coating system. SOLUTION: In a multilayered coating film forming method including a process of applying electrodeposition coating on a conductive base material and heating and curing to form an electrodeposition coating film, a process for forming an uncured intermediate coating film on the electrodeposition coating film, a process of depositing un uncured base coating film on the intermediate coating film, a process of forming an uncured top clear coating film on the base coating film and a process of heating and curing the films simultaneously to form the multilayered coating film, the electrodeposition coating material after being cured forms a 2-layer separation coating film and the dynamic glass transition temperature of a resin layer (α) in direct contact with the conductive base material and the dynamic glass transtion temperature of a resin layer (β) in direct contact with the intermediate layer in the electrodeposition coating film formed from the electrodeposition coating material are controlled.
