PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic circulation measurement apparatus free from effect of the degree of activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves in a non-evasive fashion without the drawing of blood.

SOLUTION: This dynamic circulation measurement apparatus has a means for correcting a portion affecting the dynamic state of circulation by using a means which allows the detection of the degree of activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves while dynamically measuring circulation movement and to determine effect on measurement caused by the sympathetic nerve based on the degree of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.
