PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an olefin multilayer film of which the layers do not peel off from each other even at a low temperature and which is firm and excellent in transparency, the olefin multilayer film obtained by this method and manufacturing equipment of the film.

SOLUTION: A laminated film is formed by laminating two or more resin layers each constituted at least of an olefin resin. An inner layer resin and an outermost layer resin satisfying the relation of Tminoutin the case when the resin layer on the surface side of the film to be contact-bonded is made an inner layer and the melting point of the inner layer resin used for the inner layer is made Tmin°C and when the resin layer on the surface side opposite to the inner layer is made an outermost layer and the melting point of the outermost layer resin used for the outermost layer is made Tmout°C, are selected and the temperature on the occasion of contact bonding is made (Tmin-40)°C or above. According to this constitution, the olefin multilayer film which is bonded with sufficient firmness and has a high degree of transparency is obtained.
