FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to gear transmissions, mainly coarse-pitch. Gear wheel includes body, toothed rim with teeth and two end annular straps. Straps are secured on teeth ends and parts of ends of body adjacent to rim. Width of side surfaces of teeth on heads of teeth on sections of their double-pair engagement, shifted toward vertices by a value of axial clearance of transmission, is made with width equal to half width of side surfaces of teeth roots. Outer diameter of end annular straps is equal to diameter of circle, described by ends of teeth on boundary of change of width of their side surfaces.EFFECT: higher rigidity.1 cl, 1 dwg |
