PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically realize processing for security such as a manipulation check or processing for management, on a user-allocated server in a data center, without lowering user processing performance. SOLUTION: User-allocated servers in a data center are processed for management, after a new load allocation is blocked to a disconnected server during control of disconnecting the server from a user when the load of user processing lowers. When a time set by the user is reached, a determination is made whether an idle server can be allocated to the user or not, and if possible, the idle server is allocated and management processing is executed so that a new load allocation is blocked to a management processing target server. If the determination result reveals that the idle server can not be allocated, the management processing target server is processed for management after a load on the server is reduced.
