PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaking preventive concrete structure largely shortening a construction term in a cold region and in winter season and to provide a flaking prevention method for concrete structure. SOLUTION: This flaking preventive concrete structure is so formed that the surface of a concrete base material is coated with a synthetic polymer resin primer, a continuous fiber sheet is stuck onto the primer layer by synthetic polymer-based ultra rapid hardening resin, and spraying the synthetic polymer- based high speed hardening resin to the continuous fiber sheet.
