PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home system for preventing a cellular telephone set from being left behind which surely informs a user that the telephone set is left behind, when the user goes out from a building. SOLUTION: A human body sensor 10 detects the body of a person who passes near an entrance of a building, a transmitting section 14 calls the cellular telephone set of the person, whose body is detected when the sensor 10 detects the body. After the transmission, the telephone set received the transmission transmits electromagnetic waves. An electromagnetic wave receiving section 16 decides whether the distance from the telephone set is short, depending on whether it receives the electromagnetic waves. When the electromagnetic waves are received, the section 16 decides that the distance is short and a notifying section 8 will not issue an alarm. When electromagnetic waves are not received the section 16 decides that the distance is not large, and the section 8 issues an alarm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
