PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a monitoring system capable of executing a sequence operation for transmitting an image while sequentially switching a plurality of cameras on a network. SOLUTION: In this method, a network image receiver (hereinafter called a WEB decoder) is provided with information of a position, a direction of a camera of a switching object and a switching timing, then the WEB decoder itself performs control.
