PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus, which can be manufactured in a smaller size. SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus can be manufactured in a smaller size, because it has no tracking band-pass filter for eliminating image interference waves at a previous stage of a mixer, due to employing of a configuration, where image interference waves are eliminated by a complex band-pass filter 7. In addition, the receiving apparatus has the advantage that it does not need to cope with the DC offset of circuits, since a 10 MHz or lower frequency of DC offset is employed as the frequency of the signal outputted from mixers 3 and 4.
