摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain arrangement for optical capture of an optical beam subjected to excitation and/or back scatter in a specimen. SOLUTION: In the arrangement for the optical capture of the optical beam subjected to excitation and/or back scatter in a microscope specimen. In that case, the specimen illumination is converged on a pupil plane of an optical path between a specimen plane and a capture plane and/or in the vicinity of the pupil plane, and a means for spatially separating illumination light from detection light is provided in the plane. In particular, fluorescence and/or luminescence and/or phosphorescence and/or widely scattered illumination light from the specimen is detected. The means for spatial separation comprises at least one reflective first division and at least one transmissive second division. The reflective division is used for coupling of the illumination light, the transmissive division is used of passage of the detected light to a detector direction, moreover, the transmissive division is used for coupling of the illumination light, and the reflective division is used for the separation of the detected light.
