<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepayment and point system that can provide service on which the store visit history and purchase history of a customer are reflected. <P>SOLUTION: The prepayment and point system can provide the point service on which the histories of the customer are reflected and is equipped with a computer device 11 which has a database regarding the store visit history and purchase history of the customer, a card reader writer 12 which is controlled by the computer device, a bar code reader 13 which reads the bar code of an article by operation of a store staff when the customer purchases the article and inputs the purchase charge, and a prepaid and point card 2 composed of an IC card; when points are imparted to the card according as the customer purchases the article or uses the service, the store visit history and purchase history of the customer recorded in the database are used as elements of point calculation to impart points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
