PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system for surely performing a target temperature control with the operating flow rate of a mixing control valve of a hot water connecting unit retained to the minimum or more, even if an operation switch of a hot water supply device is turned off. SOLUTION: This hot water supply system is provided with the hot water supply device 30 as a main heat source, a heat storage tank 14 storing hot water produced by a solar heat utilization water heater 10, and the hot water connecting unit 20 mounted with the mixing control valve 21 for feeding the hot water of a target temperature to the hot water supply device 30 by mixing clean water to the hot water fed from the heat storage tank 14 when necessary. When the operation switch of the hot water supply device 30 is tuned off, the mixing control valve 21 controls a target temperature in a case where the flow rate detected by a flow rate sensor 29 installed in the side of the hot water connecting unit 20 is the minimum operation flow rate or more, or where a water flow signal transmitted form the hot rate supply device 30 is turned on.
