PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing fish(including crab) and meat(including pork and beef) food products into a powdery type, thereby storing them easily. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fish and meat food products is characterized by the steps of: washing a fish(including crab) or meat(including beef, pork and the like); cutting it into an appropriate size and powdering the cut pieces thereof; and packing the powder with refined salt or packing it after drying. |
