PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently recover scallop mantles from scallop internal organs comprising the mantles and hepatopancreas which are obtained by removing adductor muscles from the scallops, with treating water or by the breakage of the hepatopancreas without staining peripheries. SOLUTION: In this scallop mantle recovery machine 10, the internal organs of the scallops are extruded from the outlets 18B, 19B of internal organ flow pipes 18, 19 to an ear-separating plate 20. The negatively pressured suction ports 37A, 37B of ear-suction pipes 36, 37 are disposed on the side opposite to the outlets 18B, 19B, of the ear-separating plate 20. Only the mantles are sucked, separated from the hepatopancreas, and recovered through the suction slit groups 28A, 30A, 32A of the first to third suction slit groups 28, 30, 32 in the ear-separating plate 20 between the outlets 18B, 19B and the suction ports 37A, 37B.
