PURPOSE: A Karaoke system using external input signals is provided to allow a user to sing songs according to external input signals as well as tapes and discs for Karaoke. CONSTITUTION: A Karaoke system using external input signals includes a switch(10), a signal processor(20), a voice removal module, and mixers(81,82). The switch selects an externally inputted broadcasting signal at a user's choice. The signal processor processes the selected broadcasting signal to output audio and video signals. The voice removal module removes a voice signal from the processed audio signal. The mixers mix the audio signal from which the voice signal has been removed and a voice signal inputted through a microphone. The voice removal module includes an extractor(40) for extracting a voice from the processed audio signal, an inverter(50) for inverting the extracted voice, and mixers(51,52) for mixing the inverted voice and the processed audio signal to remove the voice.
