PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation by wear or the like at a connecting part of a metal fitment and a belt which is observed in a conventional belt for preventing a load collapse, and also to make it possible to observe a part covered by a reinforcing sheath which can not be seen visually. SOLUTION: The belt for preventing a load collapse is provided with a clip, which can be fixed detachably and attachably to a rail mounted on an inner wall of a container or the like, at one end of the belt, and with the metal fitment having a slit to pass the belt through at the other end, wherein a transparent or translucency reinforcing sheath having a predetermined length is fixed to the belt covering the end of the folded part of the belt and the metal fitment as much as possible.
