<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen type disposable instillation apparatus which prevents medical work from becoming complicated even when a large number of small disposable instillation containers each containing a small amount of an instillation liquid are used at the ophthalmic department of a hospital. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of instillation containers 3 made of a resin are held in a cylindrical holding utensil 2 under a state wherein the instillation containers 3 are vertically arranged. Then, a plurality of the instillation containers 3 are fed forward by a specified amount by sliding them with fingers by using a feeding mechanism 5. Thus, the instillation port 7 of the front instillation container 3 is exposed from a front window 9 at the front end of the holding utensil 2. Then, the side sections of the exposed instillation container 3 is pressed by pressing them with fingers by using a pressing mechanism 11, and the instillation liquid is dropped. Since such an instillation motion can be performed, the instillation motion can be performed one after another by making one holding utensil 2 hold a plurality of the instillation containers 3. Therefore, by one holding utensil 2, a large number of disposable instillation containers 3 can be held and used, and the medical work is prevented from becoming complicated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
