<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component having excellent properties even at a high humidity or high temperature. SOLUTION: A support body 11, a lower electrode film 12 formed on the body 11, a dielectric film 13 arranged on the film 12 and an upper electrode film 14 arranged on the film 13 are equipped. The film 13 is a resin film obtained by forming a thin film containing a resin monomer and performing a polymerization reaction of the monomer in the thin film. The thin film contains at least one or more sorts of resin monomer having a molecular structure wherein a sulfur and an aromatic ring are bound covalently or the sulfur and the ring are bound through an alkylene group.</p> |
