PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the durability of a bolt even on adopting an inexpensive fender-mounting bolt without increasing the number of parts by a simple constitution, and also capable of securing the working property of maintenance/check of the tending machine. SOLUTION: This controlling machine 10 is a plowing machine performing a plowing work by plowing claws 75..., mounted on a plowing shaft 71 by transmitting the power of an engine 11 to the shaft through a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism is housed in a transmission case 40 and the plowing claws are covered by a fender 12. The fender is mounted with the bolts 83... on the transmission case and also the part of the bolts is projected in downward direction from the fender. A guarding member 81 reaching a lower position from the lower end of the bolts is extended in lower direction for capable of blocking foreign materials heading to the bolts among the foreign materials shot up by the plowing claws.
