SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INFORMATION CIRCULATION SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for accurately deciding with a small processing quantity whether a problem causing not an alarm status but the deterioration of service quality is due to a network device or a server.

SOLUTION: This system manages an information circulation service to provide information from a server 4 through a network 1 to a terminal 6 by using a network management part 3, a server management part 5, and a service quality management part 8. The system is provided with an integral management part 11 having: a function for specifying a route from the server 4 to the terminal 6 on the basis of the information of the problem of service quality from the server 4 to the terminal 6 extracted by the service quality management part 8; and another function for specifying an NE 2 or the server 4 being the cause of the deterioration of the service quality by acquiring the detail status information of the NE 2 and the server 4 existing on the specified route from the network management part 3 and the server management part 5.
