PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal plate of which, a spot-welded part is not exposed to outside. SOLUTION: A charging/discharging terminal is formed by bending a terminal plate made of nickel so as to cover the trace of welding after spot-welding the terminal plate to an electrode terminal of a battery.
