PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise preventive means which is capable of reducing noises produced by a surge voltage generated at a switch that repeatedly turns an actuator on or off or a coil unit. SOLUTION: An EL element 2 is connected in parallel with an A terminal and a B terminal located at the terminal ends of a switch S which repeatedly turns an actuator on or off in a horn 1 as the actuator, a surge voltage that is generated at the switch S and contains an AC component is consumed by the EL element as the element is emitting light, whereby noises generated at the horn 1 can be reduced.
