Compounds of formula (I) in all possible isomeric forms and their mixtures, and their salts with acids and bases, their preparation, intermediates for their preparation, and their pharmaceutical use. The new compounds are of formula (I): Z = -CH2-, -SO2-, -CO-, -COO-, -CONH-, or -(CH2)2-NR3-; n = 0 or 1; R1 = H, aryl, -CH2-aryl, -SO2-aryl, heterocyclyl, -CH2-heterocyclyl, alkyl, or -SO2-alkyl; R2 = alkyl (optionally substituted), saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl with 6 ring members, the heterocyclic atom(s) being O, S, or NR3; Y = O, S, or NR3; D1 and D2 = H, OH, 1-6C alkyl or alkoxy, NHR5; or; together D1 and D2 = =O or =N-OR4; R3 = H, alkyl or cycloalkyl; R4 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or aryl; R5 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or -COOtBu; and R6 = H, halogen, OH, 1-6C alkyl or alkoxy, or NHR3, such that all cycloalkyl, alkyl, aryl and heterocyclyl groups may be substituted by one or more groups selected from halogens, OH, CN, CF3, 1-6C alkoxy, NHR4, COR4, COOR4, CONHR4, aryl and heterocyclyl groups may also be substituted by 1-6C alkyl groups, and all aryl groups may also be substituted by dioxol groups.
