The present invention is related to a double glazing with shade. Said double glazing with shade includes a double glazing (1), shade (2), a driving device for the shade and a positioning device for the shade. Said driving device includes a roller (4), a driven magnet (10), an active magnet (11) and an operating device for the active magnet. The shade (2) wraps around the roller (4) and rolls from the roller at the end thereof. Multi roller (4) and multi shade (2) are engaged each other by means of various combinations. The shade (2) is connected to the roller (4) with the ring of the shade (45) and the cord (44).
