PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately apply the rotational vibration of a large rotating range to a device under test with respect to a rotational vibration testing machine. SOLUTION: This rotational vibration testing machine for testing the rotational vibration characteristic of the device under test DUT 1 by applying the reciprocating torque to the DUT 1, comprises a rotary table 2 for loading and holding the DUT 1, a motor 4 capable of preventing the transmission of the vibration to the rotary table 2 by a vibration control mechanism 3, and a flexible belt 5 for transmitting the rotating power of the motor 4 to the rotary table 2.
