PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a start flag from being transmitted by mistake to a controller, even in the case of forgetting to turn off the power supply of a terminal after inputting a termination command to terminate application software on the terminal side. SOLUTION: When a key switch of a fork lift truck is turned on to turn on a power switch of a terminal (S1), an initial screen is displayed on a display part of a control unit of the terminal (S2). An operator is urged to input a start command, and when an operating part is operated by the operator to input the start command, the start command and a prescribed start flag are transmitted to the controller side through a radio modem (S4), and a prescribed menu screen is displayed on the display part of the control unit (S5).
