PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability in detaching an interior air conditioning unit after it is mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: The interior air conditioning unit is mounted on the further front side of the vehicle than a vehicle side strengthening member 51 in the inside of a vehicle instrument panel 50, and is mounted on a vehicle after the interior air conditioning unit is assembled together with the vehicular instrument panel 50 and the vehicle side strengthening member 51 are assembled as one module assembly. The upper surface part of the inside and outside air switching box 10 of the interior air conditioning unit is disposed above the vehicle side strengthening member 51, and the inside and outside air switching box 10 is fastened to the vehicle side strengthening member 51 by a first fastening part 17 operable from the front side of the vehicle. A second fastening part 29 to fasten the lower part of the inside and outside air switching box 10 to the upper part of a blower part 21 is formed at a position where it can be operated from the backside of the vehicle with the interior air conditioning unit mounted on the vehicle.
