POLYACRYLONITRILE-BASED CARBON FIBER NONWOVEN FABRIC, CARBON FIBER NONWOVEN FABRIC ROLL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER NONWOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber nonwoven fabric having a high grade as a nonwoven fabric product and a high product ratio without causing rolling wrinkles on a roll inner surface (the other surface in the nonwoven fabric) when the nonwoven fabric is rolled with one surface in the PAN-based carbon fiber nonwoven fabric as an outer surface during rolling.

SOLUTION: The PAN-based carbon fiber nonwoven fabric has 2-10 mNcm bending resistance A on the one surface, 5.5-30 ratio B/A of the bending resistance B of the other surface to that A of the one surface and preferably ≤3.5 mΩ electrical resistivity value in the thickness direction, 0.20-0.50 mm thickness and 60-150 g/m2weight.
