PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a structure, which allows a foundation part of the structure to be surely reinforced at a low cost in a short period of time. SOLUTION: After the removal of sediment and gravel in a place in which a check dam is to be constructed, the above place is shaped by excavation of a baserock and the like. A form is assembled on a foundation baserock R in the above place, and next, concrete 211 is placed. Subsequently, the foundation concrete 211 is fastened for fixation to the bedrock R by using a plurality of rock anchors RA which are arranged in a net-like shape. In this way, on completion of the fastening and fixation of the foundation concrete 211 to the bedrock R by the rock anchors RA, a second-tier form for further placing joint of concrete is assembled on the foundation concrete 211, and concrete 212 is placed.
