PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition, a prepreg, and a laminate excellent in heat resistance and dielectric properties at high frequencies. SOLUTION: The resin composition is one used for forming a sheety prepreg by impregnation into a base and comprises a novolak cyanate resin and a bismaleimide compound.
