摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position all of three positions by stoppers, and to provide structure in which an operating device does not move when receiving torque from an apparatus side. SOLUTION: An operating shaft lever 22, a driven shaft lever 24, and a connecting bar 25 constitute a link mechanism, and the operating device comprises: an engagement mechanism 26 giving torque from a driven shaft 23 to an output shaft 27 connected with a disconnector; a first stopper 28 for positioning the disconnector at a first position beyond a dead center; a second stopper 29 for positioning the disconnector at a second position beyond another dead center; and an operating handle 50 for making the engagement mechanism 26 shut off the torque at the second position of the disconnector to rotate an output shaft 27 and then to move the disconnector to a third position. By attaching the operating handle 50 to the engagement mechanism 26 and moving a round bar 47, a ball 44 to which a circular hole of a side wall of a hollow driven shaft 43 is fitted returns to a constriction portion 48 of the round bar 47 to disengage the hollow driven shaft 43 from the output shaft 27. By removing the operating handle 50, the round bar 47 returns to the original position by a spring 49 to push out the ball 44 and then to restore the engagement of the hollow driven shaft 43 with the output shaft 27.
