PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy users' expectations for beauty of picked-up images while securing a high amusing character of image pickup to improve sales in automatic vending of photograph seals by providing an automatic vending method for photograph seals and equipment for the same, which allow users to acquire beautiful picked-up images with the well-balanced light quantity even in the case where an imaging means is moved to change an image pickup range. SOLUTION: With respect to the automatic vending method for photograph seals and equipment for the same which permit image pickup processing of illuminating one or more subjects in an image pickup space by an illuminating means and picking up images by the imaging means to produce picked-up images and permits editing processing of editing an image as the editing object by an editing means to produce an edited image and output a prescribed image by an output means, the image pickup range of the imaging means is made changeable, and the image pickup range is illuminated by the illuminating means corresponding to at least one of changed directions of the image pickup range.
