PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced door with a self-closing device capable of adjusting the opening force of a door body, and to provide the balanced door with the self- closing device, in which the size of an upper different-height place in the door body need not be increased and which also has excellent design properties. SOLUTION: In the balanced door with a rotary support 9 disposed upright in the vicinity of a vertical frame in a building opening section, upper-lower supporting arms 10 and 11 extended in the horizontal direction from the rotary support 9, the door body 1 axially supported rotatably to the supporting arms, a guide rail 16 installed to an upper frame in the opening section and a guide member 14 mounted at the upper end of the door body 1 and moved along the guide rail 16, a spring material 18 in which resilient force can be adjusted is secured to the upper supporting arm 10, and one end of the spring material 18 is fixed onto the supporting arm 10, and the other end of the spring material 18 is connected to a rotary support shaft 12 axially supporting the door body 1 to the supporting arm 10. In the balanced door, the spring material 18 is tensed with the rotation of the rotary support shaft 12 in the case of the opening of the door body 1, and force in the closing direction of the door body 1 is stored.
